Bell Canada is now my favourite company.
Why? Well, I’ve now been without home phone service for 7 days. One full week. Heck, I’ve been without home phone service for 25% of the duration of my phone service at the new house.
Anyhoo, I’ve created a new category for Bell Canada because I’m expecting I’ll be writing a whole lot more about them over the next couple weeks.
I am a Toronto lawyer, our firm works in consumer protection and we are interested in commencing a class action against Bell on behalf of people who have experienced service interruptions on their residential lines resulting in increased cell phone bills (during the past 6 months).
